At Prime Source Wholesale Liquidators, we specialize in wholesale pallets, manifested liquidation, unmanifested liquidation, manufacturing liquidations, and full truckloads. Because of the nature of wholesale liquidation and the type of inventory we sell, all sales are final.This policy applies to all domestic and international orders.
1. All Sales Final
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Pallets
Half truckloads
Full truckloads
Wholesale lots
Manifested and unmanifested liquidation
Manufacturing liquidation orders
Once payment is made, the order cannot be:
Returned
Refunded
Exchanged
Cancelled
2. No Returns & No Order Cancellations
Because inventory moves quickly and is purchased in bulk, we cannot cancel an order once payment has been received.For truckloads, once freight is booked, the order is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
3. Payment Disputes
Liquidation merchandise may include:
Retailreturns
Overstock
Clearance
Shelf pulls
Manufacturer or plant liquidations
We do not guarantee the quantity, condition, assortment, or retail value of the merchandise. Variations, damages, missing items, or packaging issues are considered normal within wholesale liquidation and are reflected in the pricing.
5. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is when payment is not verified or does not pass security checks. In those cases, the order may be automatically cancelled and refunded by our payment processor for security reasons, especially for international shipments.
